Peter Auto’s Gentlemen Challenge race series continued at Dijon-Prenois. John Spiers and Nigel Greensall took the overall win in the Lister-Costin. Marc Gordon took a class win in his XK150S.

John Spiers and Nigel Greensall stormed the Gentlemen Challenge races at the Spa Classic in John’s 1959 Lister Costin - taking the overall win as well as pole position and fastest lap.

Donington Historic Festival Royal Automobile Club Stirling Moss Trophy. John Spiers and Nigel Greensall qualified on pole in John’s Lister-Jaguar. During the race they lost time in the pitstop and ended P5, but took fastest lap. Marc Gordon qualified first-in-class for the HRDC race in his XK150S, finishing on the podium in P2.

This December has seen the CKL team making the trip over to the UAE - 3 cars and an extraordinary week in Dubai for the GP Revival and Mille Miglia.

It was another star studded Revival for the CKL team this year at Goodwood. Tiff Needell raced the Lister-Jaguar 'Costin' in the Sussex Trophy. Newly acquired by our sales team, the car achieved a strong seventh place in qualifying, and ran faultlessly all weekend.

Silverstone was the race debut for two recently sold cars which we prepared for their new owners. Both the Kieft-Climax and Lister-Costin are historic examples of British sports racing cars and have been prepared very much in period correct order.

European Racing at Spa, Mugello, Dijon and Le Mans

This spring has seen the CKL team making the trip over to Europe multiple times to support our customers racing at events with Historic Racing by Peter Auto. Next stop is Le Mans for the Centenary. We are also bringing a wonderful original D-Type, as well as an XK-140 which has competed in every Le Mans Classic, and the E-Type which won the Index of Performance last year…

CKL wins the Salvadori Cup
