GRAND PRIX DE L’AGE D’OR
2026 LE MANS CLASSIC SERIES BY PETER AUTO AT DIJON-PRENOIS
The CKL run Jaguar E-type Lightweight driven by John Spiers and Nigel Greensall came 3rd in Class GTS12.
CKL were at Dijon-Prenois last weekend for the Le Mans Classic Series by Peter Auto. The short 3,800 metre Dijon-Prenois circuit presents a formidable challenge with, in particular, the blind La Bretelle corner, the uphill Parabolique hairpin and the never-ending very quick Pouas curve. The public love the dip and gather there in large numbers in what is almost a real stadium ideally situated only a stone’s throw from the paddocks.

The duo of John Spiers and Nigel Greensall had a successful weekend in both the cars run by CKL. The Jaguar E-type Lightweight ran well in the Sixties Endurance race to finish 3rd in class and 10th OA in a race featuring Endurance GT cars including 1965-spec Shelby Cobra Daytona Coupes.
In the Gentlemen Challenge the Lister-Jaguar Costin #88 was highly competitive in both races, finishing P2 in the first and P3 in the second.
