GRAND PRIX DE L'AGE D'OR
Peter Auto’s Gentlemen Challenge race series continued at Dijon-Prenois. John Spiers and Nigel Greensall took the overall win in the Lister-Costin. Marc Gordon took a class win in his XK150S.
COPPA MILANO-SANREMO
Jeff Gault took his freshly restored 1960 Jaguar XK150 3.8 ’S’ to Italy to test it out, supported by Alex and Alistair from CKL. First stop was the one-day Franciacorta in the wine country at the beginning of April, followed by the Coppa Milano Sanremo a week later.
DONINGTON HISTORIC FESTIVAL
Donington Historic Festival Royal Automobile Club Stirling Moss Trophy. John Spiers and Nigel Greensall qualified on pole in John’s Lister-Jaguar. During the race they lost time in the pitstop and ended P5, but took fastest lap. Marc Gordon qualified first-in-class for the HRDC race in his XK150S, finishing on the podium in P2.
FIVE WINS IN FOUR WEEKS
The last four weeks have seen us at four major events across the world, and we are thrilled to have won five first places: Sir Jackie Stewart congratulations Marc Gordon, Winner of this year's Fordwater Trophy at Goodwood Revival.
GOODWOOD REVIVAL
We had eighteen cars at the Revival, including four parade cars in the 75th anniversary celebration of the Jaguar XK engine, and two safety cars, as well as ten cars racing. All of the cars ran solely on sustainable fuel this year.
